Your shop description provides an opportunity for you to tell buyers what your eBay shop is all about: what you sell, what makes you different, how long you’ve been in business for and so on.

Tip 8: Use your store signature and links in your emails
Encourage brand awareness and customer retention by including a store signature and link to your eBay store in your emails to customers. Remember, they might also forward an email to a friend or even better, a group of friends.
Tip 9: Write an eBay guide on a topic related to your business
eBay has a helpful guides section which allows sellers to share knowledge. Sellers can add a link to their store and at the end of the guide which may help to attract buyers.
Tip 10: Create a blog and link this to your store
