What is the cost of SellerExpress?2018-12-14T12:18:30+00:00

SellerExpress offers a number of monthly plans to reflect the varying needs of small sellers and large sellers alike. Plans are largely determined by the number of orders per month you generate, the number of marketplaces you sell into, the number of SKUs you list and the sales turnover you achieve every month. We don’t take commissions on sales like many of our competitors, so you only pay a flat rate subscription per month.

You can view our Plans and Pricing here. There are no long terms contracts and a 15 day free trial is available to help you determine if SellerExpress is right for your business (no credit card required).

Is it possible to integrate stock across online marketplaces and my own website?2018-12-14T12:18:30+00:00

Yes, SellerExpress allows you to manage your inventory, listings, order processing and sales across eBay, Amazon, Rakuten UK and an evergrowing list of supported webstores, including Bigcommerce, ekmPowershop, Magento and Volusion.

If your website is not supported at this time, SellerExpress can set up automatic imports and exports to allow integration with your existing system. More information on Automatic Imports and Exports is available in our Knowledge Base article.

Does SellerExpress allow cost based pricing to ensure a specific profit margin?2018-12-14T12:18:30+00:00

Yes, SellerExpress pricing rules can work based on your cost price then add an amount or a percentage of cost to ensure your required profit margin is achieved. Our Knowledge Base articles detail more information on Amazon pricing rules.

Yes, SellerExpress allows you to beat the lowest seller by a specified amount but will not do so if this will take you below your minimum price, allowing you to get the maximum amount of profit from each sale.

Does SellerExpress allow me to set minimum and maximum prices for each product?2013-03-04T10:52:04+00:00

Yes, SellerExpress allows you to enter a cost price and default sale price for each product. You can set the pricing rules to use these values as your minimum and maximum prices and the tool will automatically price between them. You can also choose to use these values as your base then add a percentage to them to determine the actual listing price.

Does SellerExpress support Unified European Amazon accounts?2013-03-04T10:50:25+00:00

Yes, SellerExpress supports Unified European Amazon accounts. You can manage your listings across multiple Amazon marketplaces. You can automatically import your listings from Amazon UK and they list automatically across Germany and France taking product information from the different marketplaces to ensure accurate listings.

Orders from all marketplaces are downloaded to SellerExpress allowing you to process, pick and pack all orders at once. Once dispatched, SellerExpress will automatically update the individual marketplaces. Stock quantities are automatically adjusted across all the marketplaces you sell on to reduce overselling.

Can SellerExpress update my eBay prices as well as my Amazon prices?2018-12-14T12:18:30+00:00

Yes, SellerExpress can set your eBay price for Buy it Now listings to be based on your Amazon price—as your prices are updated on Amazon they will automatically update on eBay too. How are currency rates handled if I sell into different countries?2018-12-14T12:18:30+00:00

In SellerExpress you can use automatic currency conversion. The rate is taken from Google Finance and updated daily to ensure your prices remain current. You can also enter manual conversion rates if you want to be in control of the rate of exchange for your products. More information is available in our Knowledge Base article.

SellerExpress currently supports British Pounds Sterling (£), Euro (€) and US Dollars ($). When setting up your SellerExpress account you can choose what currency you work in and SellerExpress will use that as your base currency for all transactions.

Can SellerExpress handle a mix of auto repriced products and fixed priced items?2018-12-14T12:18:30+00:00

Yes, SellerExpress allows you to determine if you would like an item to be automatically repriced or listed at a fixed price. You can also specify if you would like the fixed price to be on all marketplaces or only some of them. You can edit this one at a time using the Product Info tab  or edit it in bulk using My Inventory.

Our support office is open 9:30am to 5:30pm (GMT) Monday to Friday with limited support on weekends. Free support is by email on all plans, however, phone calls can be arranged for difficult or complex issues. Support times range from 12 hours to 2 hours, depending upon the plan you’re on.

Can SellerExpress list NEW items to FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon)?2018-12-14T12:18:30+00:00

Yes, products can be added new to SellerExpress as FBA. More information is available in our Knowledge Base article.

Yes. When comparing prices, our Pricing Tool prices against a combined price of item + postage.

Do you offer a repricing only option?2018-12-14T12:18:31+00:00

SellerExpress can be set up to reprice your products, but not handle your orders, however, you should let our support team know this so we can exclude your account from uploading dispatch files to Amazon.

You can Import your products to SellerExpress and download the Auto Pricing Tool. This must be downloaded and installed on a Windows based PC that can be left switched on.  If you don’t have a windows PC or you don’t wish to leave your PC switched on then we can offer Virtual Pricing.

Virtual Pricing is a hosted solution which runs your repricing from an online server. No need to have you computer switched on to run repricing! Virtual Pricing is free on some plans and subject to an additional fee of £20 per month on others. More information on plans and pricing available here.

Once Auto Pricing is set up, you can control how often it runs from within SellerExpress. More information is available at in our Knowledge Base article.

If you only need a standalone repricing only option, then our flagship cloud-based solution, RepricerExpress is highly recommended.

What’s the preferred format for importing products?2018-12-14T12:18:31+00:00

In SellerExpress the Import File must be a comma separated (.CSV) file. The file template is available to download from the Import screen. You can also request and download reports in this layout in the Reports Screen to update existing products. More information can be found in our Knowledge Base article.

NB: If your file is in .XLS format, it will need to be re-saved as a .CSV file.

Can I move my inventory listings easily to SellerExpress?2018-12-14T12:18:31+00:00

If your inventory can be exported in a tab delimited format, this can then be edited and saved as a .CSV file to be imported to SellerExpress. More information on Importing can be found in our Knowledge Base articles, the Import Product Screen and Advanced Inventory Import.

Does SellerExpress keep an accessible audit history of price changes?2018-12-14T12:18:31+00:00

SellerExpress provides you with historical information for Stock Quantities, Price and Barcode changes as well as allowing you to view historical information for your various prices. More information can be found in our Knowledge Base article.

SellerExpress allows you to set the minimum quantity you must have of any product before that product lists on each marketplace. More information is available in our Knowledge Base.

SellerExpress allows you to set a start time to begin running Auto Repricing and set how frequently you would like to run Repricing. More information can be found in our Knowledge Base page regarding scheduling your repricing.

There are multiple SellerExpress videos showing various aspects of SellerExpress functionality working on Amazon, eBay and PlayTrade. They are available as part of our Knowledge Base Videos which are also on the SellerExpress YouTube channel.
